You and your enrolled spouse/domestic partner must complete a biometric screening by November 30th to save on medical premiums for the first half of the year. Fasting is recommended to obtain the most accurate results possible. Fasting means that you have not had anything to eat or drink (except water) for 8+ hours. Please remember to take medication per your doctor’s recommendations.

Biometric screenings provide a snapshot of key health care numbers and can help you understand your current health status, identify risks, and focus on ways to maintain or improve your health. Screenings are quick and confidential and consist of four clinical health factors: Body composition or body mass index (BMI), Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Glucose (blood sugar).
Participants may be eligible to earn a bonus payment into their HRA or HSA and/or need to complete the condition management program if biometric screening values fall within the goals criteria by category, outlined in the Goals chart below. Each biometric value can earn $125 per value within the program bonus goal range.
